Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 August 2026
This is a personal portfolio site run by Pradyumna Tiwari. It collects as little as it can get away with. This page explains exactly what that is.
What the contact form collects
If you submit the contact form, it sends me the name, email address, subject and message you typed. That is the whole set. There is no account, no profile and no marketing list.
Those details arrive as an email in my inbox and are used for one purpose: replying to you about your enquiry. They are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and they are not added to any newsletter.
What the server records
The web server keeps standard request logs, which include your IP address and the pages you requested. Your IP address is also held in memory for up to one hour to enforce a limit of three contact form submissions per hour, which is what keeps the form from being used by spam bots. It is not stored anywhere else.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets one cookie, and only on the contact page: an anti-forgery token that verifies the form was submitted from this site rather than by an attacker. It is required for the form to work and is deleted when you close your browser.
There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics scripts. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when your browser fetches them.
How long anything is kept
Contact emails stay in my mailbox while the conversation is active and are deleted once the enquiry is closed and no longer needed. Server logs rotate on the host's normal schedule. Rate limiting data expires after one hour.
Your choices
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask me to delete it. Email info@sughara.in and I will action it. There is nothing to unsubscribe from, because nothing is ever sent to you except a direct reply.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
